The line that matters
No third party is involved in processing your requests.
Your messages, the answers, the documents you upload, the vectors derived from them and the audio transcriptions are processed on the machines of the platform operated by Internet One Srl for the ITS INCOM Foundation. The data of ITS INCOM AI — accounts, keys, usage records, files — stay in Switzerland; the models run in the zones listed for each of them in the catalogue, and a request never leaves the zones allowed for your key.
By design, the platform uses:
- no API from OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Cohere, Google or Microsoft — the models are open-weight and run on the platform's own machines;
- no large cloud provider for compute or storage;
- no external error tracking and no third-party analytics.

The complete list of providers for ITS INCOM AI — for example for payments, if your account uses them — is available from segreteria@itsincom.it. If a provider that receives customer data is added, the list changes before the provider receives anything.
