An OpenAI-compatible API on open-weight models. Your account data in Switzerland; your requests only in the zones your key allows.
Last updated: 2026-10-03
ITS INCOM AI gives you an OpenAI-compatible API on open-weight models. Your account, keys, usage records and files are kept in Switzerland. Your requests are processed only in the zones your key allows: groups of machines, each in one country, with a declared owner.
These pages cover the API, answers over your own documents, and what happens to your data.
Where to start
- New here? The Quickstart: from your first key to your first answer in five minutes.
- Coming from OpenAI? Change
base_urland the key: OpenAI SDK migration. - Building a chat app? The Chat sessions API: conversations kept for your users, streaming and automatic titles.
- Checking what happens to your data? Sovereignty and Sub-processors.
- Want numbers before code? Three examples, with measured numbers.
What is live
These pages read the production database, so they are never out of date:
- Models catalog — every model we serve, with its zones and its precision.
- Service status — which functions answer right now.
- Pricing — what each model costs, and what the tiers change.
Four words you will meet everywhere
- Model — what generates the answer, named by its
model_id. Listed in/v1/modelsand in the catalog. - Zone — a group of machines in one country, with a declared owner. Your key decides which zones a request may use, and a request never leaves them. See Zones.
- Tier —
slow, medium, fastorludicrous: which machines may serve you, the rate limit of your key, and a price multiplier. See Tiers. - Machine — which physical machine answers is our choice, inside your zones and your tier. The
model_idis the same everywhere, and you never have to name a machine.
